I like to make plans. Plans give me something to look forward to when I am stuck in my little cubby at work for hours on end. Sometimes I plan a pretty decorating scheme for my ugly little cubby. Just imagine… I could drape some gauzy fabric overhead to filter out some of the fluorescent light. Then I could staple up some fabric to cover the 70’s style blue walls. I’m thinking bright fabric, you know, to give my chi a little boost. I would pin up big pictures of my family and maybe get some of those cool looking file folders that cost a fortune. It would be an extreme makeover cubby edition.
I also like to plan for parties and celebrations. Super bowl is coming up. I don’t really care much about football, but I can’t resist planning a bash. It is fun to think about whipping up the ultimate batch of jalapeƱo poppers and seven layered bean dip. Planning a party really is wonderful, even if only two guests show up (that’s the way my parties usually turn out). But I’ve found that it’s not about the quantity of guests, but the quality. Just one or two party animals and you’re set.
So maybe today I’ll start making some plans. Maybe it will stop me from looking at the clock every five minutes, wishing the work day would move just a little faster. And maybe it will distract me from the fact that my somewhat evil ex-boss is moving her office right next to me. I really thought I had escaped her. Sadly for me, she’s baaaaack.

I think your cubby would love the makeover!!!
I guess nothing ever happens how planned- huh! I love planning regardless.
I think you should sneak some stinky cheese and hide it in the cubicle
