Please don’t make me a fool. I am always fired up on the first day of April. I can never come up with good tricks to play and I am always worried that somebody is going to play a trick on me. It’s hard to tell how I’m going to react to being an April fool. One April fool’s day, Jenny toilet papered my bedroom and I got very upset. I made her clean the whole mess up. Now, all these years later I feel bad about how I reacted. Jenny Boo – I am so sorry I got mad at you for playing that joke on me. It really was funny. Will you forgive me?
Oh well. I am glad April is here. It sounds like spring. Just say it aloud or in your head: April. So springy.
