I think I need to share my most recent culinary triumph. I made some spinach for dinner and it tasted so good. Sorry, no photos... we were hungry. Instead, you get a green collage.Anyhow, here’s what you need to do:
Thinly slice one shallot.
Sauté the shallot in 2.5 Tbsp butter and one tsp olive oil in a pretty big pan until soft.
Add one bag of ready to eat spinach to pan and sauté until cooked down.
Pause for a few seconds and do a little happy dance.
Place cooked spinach in serving bowl.
Shimmy shake in a little seasoned pepper, spike seasoning, salt and a few splashes of apple cider vinegar.
Work your thing, mix it all up and enjoy.
This side dish is simple and delicious. Plus, it’s full of nutrients. Get your Popeye on and try it today.
