Little buddies.

Sister Jenny and her little buddy Hendrix have already come and gone. We had a fun, exhilarating and exhausting week. Piper had the best time ever harassing Hendrix. She especially enjoyed sticking her finger in his ears and stealing his snacks while he was stuck in the high chair. Oh yeah, she also had a ball shoving her feet in his face while we were cruising the streets (she’s in a rear facing seat and Hen is in a forward facing seat). 

Many hours were spent at the pool and the park. Hendrix’s little dome was as brown as a whole wheat piece of toast. And let me tell you, that kid may possibly be one of the cutest little boys on the planet. Just look at those hazel eyes, and the killer pacifier/sunglasses combo. He’s a talker, too. He loved yelling “Jamma, where are you?” over and over. It made me feel special.

Jenny and I got asked about ten times if we were twins. It was neat and I was flattered. It brought us back to the good old days when everybody and the neighbor’s dog got us confused. Just so you know, Jenny is truly the best sister I could ever ask for (all of my sisters are). I’m glad she came out to see me and the Pip Squeak. I miss her and crazy little Hendrix already.
