Windows to wonderland.

We went to visit the Botanic Garden’s Christmas exhibit this weekend. It was called “Windows to Wonderland” and it was delightful. The three little pigs, the old woman who lived in a shoe and other nursery rhyme and fairy tale characters were nestled in between little tracks filled with trains of all sorts. I could go to the Botanic Garden every day. The tress, flowers, orchids, and fountains create an Eden-like atmosphere that’s hard to resist. If you are in the DC area, make the Botanic Garden one of your first stops, you won’t be disappointed.
Jared and I are off to the homeland tomorrow. I couldn’t be more excited to see my fam and to frolic in the snow. My dad said he is gonna white wash me when he sees me tomorrow. I think that’s pretty rude. I will have to bring the smack down if he even tries. You better watch out poppa!
