In our midst.

Read at your own risk... You may be next.
Her skin is cold, like porcelain. Why is it so cold? And her teeth, they are so sharp. So very, very sharp. Like little razor blades, her fangs sink effortlessly into my shoulder, arm or leg (whatever is closest); and always when I least expect it. I cry out in pain. She laughs her wicked little laugh. But this is no laughing matter. Not funny at all.
Can you keep a secret? I think my daughter may be a vampire. Vampires are all the rage right now, after all. She must have picked it up from the television, or a billboard or something. I think my life may be in danger. So far, she hasn’t broken the skin, but it’s just a matter of time until she hits a major artery. Then what? My rug will be ruined and I just might bleed to death.

I'm thinking we need a vampire intervention. Please help.
