Below are a few tidbits on our week (in no particular order). Happy Friday, everyone!
- Jared won an iPad2 at work. And because he is the nicest guy ever, he gave it to me in exchange for my one-year-old iPad.
- Piper pulled out all the stops to keep us up from 1am to 4am one night. Why she did it remains a mystery to us. She normally sleeps through the night.
- After our rough night, Piper snuggled my leg while napping on the couch. It made me happy.
- I made some delicious lentil soup. It looked like slop, but went down nicely.
- Piper nearly ripped off my toenail with her saltwater sandals while we were playing at the park. Next time I'll wear tennis shoes.
- I got in a parking lot scuffle with a mean and nasty middle aged woman in a Lexus SUV. She was a real piece of work.
- Jared stayed up all night working and I felt bad for him.The man works him way too hard.
- My mom surprised me with some beautiful leather bound books from Barnes and Noble for my birthday.
All in all, it was a fine week. A few situations along the way, but nothing we couldn't handle. How was your week?
