My dear sister Traci and her sugary sweet baby girl Claire hopped on a plane to our house last Saturday. I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to have them here. It was seriously heavenly. Piper was obsessed with Claire and wanted to follow her around wherever she was going. It was really cute. Claire was very patient and kind when Piper pulled Claire’s hair and threw sand all over her at the playground. Apparently, Piper is still learning playtime etiquette. I didn’t break out my real camera while they were here, but I was able to get a few with the Instagram app on my phone. This is how the party went down:
(LEFT) I was only able to get one picture of the girls together - they are way too fast and busy to pose for any photo opps. (RIGHT) Claire loved reading with her mom. There were books strewn about everywhere.
We enjoyed a carousel ride and pretzels at the Irvine Spectrum. Piper and Claire loved feeding the birds bits of our pretzels!
Just a couple of pictures of Claire, too cute not to share. The girls loved sitting in Piper's bumbo (now that they are both too old for the thing). Thankfully, they were very nice about taking turns.
We really had a fantastic time with Traci and Claire. I hope they come back soon. Traci - if you are reading this, PLEASE come back soon.
